Go LB!

Go LB! is the community blog of eLBizens. UPLB students, teachers, alumni, and even those who aren’t officially a part of the University of the Philippines at Los Baños can be a part of this blogging experience. Whether you’re a frustrated writer or an accomplished one, you are welcome to share your thoughts and life experiences here.

First of all, “why Go LB!?” you ask. Here are 3 answers:

1. “Go LB!” as in “Push forward, LB!” or “Sulong, LB!”. We’d like to think that this blog and its entries would somehow inspire progress in all UPLB people, whether it be in our academics, our careers, or our personal lives.

2. “Go LB!” as in “Go crazy!” or “Live the eLBi life!”. LB is more than a place. It’s an experience. It’s a way of life. It’s a state of mind. Hopefully, this blog will remind us that even though life can be hard sometimes, we’re from UPfreakin’LB. We challenge minds. We heal broken hearts. We satisfy the cravings of hungry souls. We are LB.

3. “Go LB!” as in… umm… uhh… the palindrome of “blog”. Sort of. Hehe.

Go LB! was born from the ashes of yUPieLBi.org’s articles section. The eLBizen Core (yUPieLBi.org’s administrators and moderators) decided that a blog will add more life into the eLBizens’ articles. We hope that you will support this new medium for the eLBi life as you have supported yUPieLBi.org and its predecessor, eLBi.tk.
